In December 2003, The National Black Justice Coalition was formed through the visionary leadership of 4 men and 4 women. In addtion, two more people joined this pioneering team to form the NBJC Founding Board. Since its inception NBJC has quickly become a nationwide voice for Black Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender people and their parents families, friends and allies.
